This is Yunakara from Forever Young Eternity. Wait, didn't she have brown curly hair and blue eyes? Why, yes, she does. This is just one of her old forms; one she had centuries ago. Millenia. Probably even eons (I don't know how long an eon is though ^_^' I should look that up).

Yunakara is still pretty young here. The calm dress should reflect this and her slightly sorrowful eyes remember a mistake she once made so well...

She has short hair and one strand on the side of her hair, with a braided bun on top of it. And a strand on the back of her head. The dress was more or less inspired by :iconsailorenergy:'s Victorean Era works. This piece needs a digital sky....

Edit: Well, I still like the description. I mean, I can't say much more without spoiling a lot. For the image itself, I used Copic Ciao makers; I drew it like at Animecon 2011. The sky was done digitally; you can't get that with markers without ending up stripey. (I've tried it. Let's not do that again...). I made a few clouds myself and then pasted the Computones one over it. It gives this nice effect. I wanted to add a moon, but I couldn't find a good reference.

If you think the sky is too empty... it's supposed to be like that. It's not a lame lazy artist excuse (well, maybe it is a little bit), but there's a reason for an empty sky...
