Drops of water spattered on the ground. The let themselves fly down in a suicidal speed, only to bounce back up with the same speed. Their landing was then much softer, as they drowned the soil below with their embrace.
In the Valley of the Endless Rain, plants adjusted themselves to the endless raining. The trees covered the flowers and plants underneath them, drinking most of the water themselves.
Right now, they protected something else. Their movements were silent, but it started to sound more and more like a heartbeat. Softly marching, the Sendo army, moved for a final stri

Do you know how scanners NEVER seem to get your colours right? (Unless you probably have a 2000 euro's or dollar scanner...) They are often duller, taking away the brightness... well, not here! Here the piece is BRIGHTER than the original! O.o Oi, oi....

Kimu: In a grey dress for a change.
Series: Forever Young Project KiMa.

Cegea: The hair does not show the shades. Shade below body is hugely failed. Mother of Whisper Shadowhunter. First colour image; eye colour undecided

Whisper Shadowhunter: The orange once again does not show the shades. Adore the pose. Clothes based on one of the first designs.

Anzu: In different clothes and with a different hairstyle. tatoos are hidden. Shades in yellow hardly visible. Love the outfit.

Grasshopper: Outfit made up by accident, wanted to get it out of my system before it would be lost. Not visible in this image: a tiny tiny fang.

Italian: Scanner made the hair WAY TOO BLUE. It's teal. Eye was made too light as well, but that was my error. It should be dark jean's blue. New clothes; love the yellow and purple combo. Purple got too bright in this image.

Frostfire: I'm gonna kill my scanner. The hair was scanned way too bright. It should be dull lavendar (finally found a name for it!) The eyes were made too bright by me; it should be a mix between the dull pink in the clothes (mauve) and the fuschia it's here. Do love the glare and lips.

Spunck: Shades hardly visible in the hair. Had trouble picking colours. She's Kai's and Phoebe's daughter and the mother of Scarlett (new character; made up today).

Wonderful! :clap: Finally got to take a look around. :D I haven't had any issues with my latest scanner I have (I did had issues with previous scanner). ^^; I looked up reviews on the scanners and went after the scanner with best reviews and got it from eBay. It's Epson Perfection 1660 Photo. :aww:
I also suggest Gauressian Blur which can blur the differences in colors, making look smoother. :) You saw my Muneca Powerll drawing for chapter 2. I used that trick to blur the color-penciled areas my "Happy Valentine" and as a result, the drawing look cleaner. :)

HP All in One? Ugh...I have seen how they work. :/ I would suggest eBay and just make sure that the scanner come with power plug (most important!) and installation CD (possible to download).

I rather not buy through EBay; mostly because of the shipment from one side of the world to the other. I prefer going to stores, where I can keep asking the store clerck for information untill they start to doubt themselves XP. Buying a latop takes me about 2 hours of asking questions XD. I imagine buying a scanner will take me more...

As long as it's an A3 scanner!!

:) It would be no big deal USA since I paid $30 for the scanner from eBay and with as the best one I ever had. But yes, I do have some issues with eBay especially when I get outbid on stuff I needed. ^^;

Good luck with the search for A3 scanner. :D

I like the way you've combined these pictures in those frames. it really adds something. Perhaps it would even be better if you did something like this with several characters that have someting to do with each other. Like members of a family or perhaps even all the High Ones. I like Frostfire best in this one :).

Thanks. I don't really know what all High Ones look like yet; especially clothingwise. I can't seem to make up my mind when it comes to Cecia and Yunakara. The hair is decided, the clothes.... *sighs* But I do plan to do this when I have more to show :)

Yea, scanners often desaturate the original colors, so it usually make touch ups and edits inevitable.
One of the many reasons why I can't live without Photoshop! ^^
