FYE265 - The weeping Willow

‘If beauty is her gift, then beauty shall be her curse. All men who lay eyes upon her, shall fall in love with her, but cower away in disgust if she ever touches them. Never shall she find honest love, until she stumbles upon the purest of love. Only then shall the High Ones bless her, allowing her to live without doubt once more…’

Willow's story starts quite stereotypical: a father who is so proud of his daughter, claiming she is the most beautiful of all... and a Lady, who wants her daughter to marry a nobelman, thinking Willow is the only one in the way... Poor girl, she was cursed by a witch, while she honestly did nothing wrong.

Willow was created when I wanted to create a character with Vermillion coloured hair XP. That, and I needed something to happen. The story looks absolutely NOTHING like the initial plan; Willow's story changed from a girl on her way to attend a wedding, to a girl trying to put an end to her curse (and the wedding? Totally not happening any more XP)

I had to change the colours a bit, digitally, becaus I didn't think the combination was looking good. Now it looks okay and the greenish-blue background makes a wonderful contrast She really stands out now! Oh, and I made a lot of mistakes in her hair, having to fix that too...
