This is Tilaweed, from :iconelf-fin:. I tried to make it look more like his Tilaweed, but eventually I found out I can never get his style to work for me. Nonetheless, I do hope he likes it...

I experimented with mixing Neopiko markers and Copic Ciao markers. In real life, the yellow hair is honestly eye stabbing; which is awesome. I just made it a tad darker to spare your eyes.

Tilaweed is one of the most beautiful mermaids I have seen; she has elegance and her colours (tail, hair, everything!) are to die for.

I do hope I managed to create a decent picture.

Whenever i look at your work, I always think about Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tales.
BTW, I recall he's Dutch too...^^
