Whenever I go to a convention or fair, I try to draw live. I always draw my own characters or make up new ones. I never draw fanart, because, well, I want to show what I can draw and not how good I can copy someone else's style. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate fanart or so, I myself draw it too. I just need to be at my best there and when I copy someone else's style or character, I can't be at my best AND be relaxed/at ease.

I used Tsunacon to draw one of my older characters: Lady Gaia. While her hairstyle did not really turn out as planned, I'm okay with the end result. Needed to fix the right eye though; it was a bit too high in my opinion. And all the blobs outside the line... I was sloppy!!

The background was inspired by a magazine; Advanced Photoshop. I'll be doodling around more often with backgrounds like this.

I hope to make a whole set of The Guardians. Lady Gaia is the Guardian of Earth (gasp!) and part of the Serenay Moon Universe. Born from The Heart of the Universe, she controls the earth. She is gentle, calm and motherlike, but is incredibly hard to beat if you hurt her. However, if you don't do a single thing... she's rendered harmless.
