Chibi/ Lady Luna's multiple usable spell: 'Wings of Air'.
This is the last one, and I like it; even though the wings suck. I'm still having trouble with wings; but looking at how others draw them helps a lot.
Not Chibi Luna, and not yet Lady Luna as well!!

this one is very beautifull, so bright and cheery and the figure has such a proud confident pose!! i would like to see her coloured in though, as a warm skin tone would make a nice centerpeice for the background!!
