2. How much are you willing to spend? And how many pages is reasonable for that price, according to you? Well, artbooks range from 20-50 USD so somewhere in between on lower price I'd totally buy (not that I wont pay more if you charge more but I prefer if you didn't price it too high )

I would prefer digital artwork but if you have some traditional artwork that you created with markers or any sketches, then add those in your artbook!

You should include the art you think is your best (and maybe those best artworks are also your most popular?)

I think you should put them all in one book--aka theme. And within each of those themes you can do a timeline thing (aka earlier works then later works in the same series)

You can do that, yes. Just a few sentences, nothing look. I've seen plenty of artbooks do that ^_^

Well, since I voted for theme, I think you should put at least one main character from each series on the cover (and back if there's lack of room in front?). So..unless you have anything like that already, you'd have to make new art for your covers.

You can totally have a phrase/poetry in your artwork as long as the image portrays what you wrote. No one page stores though.


9. Any additional tips/suggestions/comments?
Is your artbook going to be sold in Euros converted to USD? It's more expensive for International buyers because of the difference. If you can SOMEHOW make a different price for International buyers, that would be much appreciated..though i think that IS a big hassle--then you'd just have to lower the Euro price so all of us out there can pay the converted amount
I notice that most of the artwork you have on your da isn't digital (or not fully digital). I don't know if you want to create more new arts for the sake of making this artbook..? I've made this reply too long already DX

Thanks for your input I have plenty of art to feel some thin books; for example the calendar art I did 6 calendars; 13 pencil coloured top pieces each That alone is already one art book XD

I'm looking into lulu.com, meaning that it should automatically convert it for you and make things cheaper for all. However, since I'm Dutch, I don't know what the result will be for the USA. They simply don't show that. Also, I don't have to make MUCH money, but I have to make SOME XD Otherwise it would be a waste of my time.
I might even put the same royalties as a fee; meaning 10% (which is REALLY little)
